By submitting design files, you guarantee that your work does not infringe upon any text, images, designs, trademarks, service marks, or copyrighted materials owned by others. All printed content should be original and specific to your brand identity. Utilizing copyrighted or trademarked material without authorization can lead to severe legal consequences. We urge all clients to thoroughly review their packaging content before submission to ensure a smooth and timely production process.

The information and context printed on your packaging are solely your responsibility. US Custom Pack will not be held liable for any indecent, unlawful, or infringing material included in your designs. We are not responsible for content errors or copyright violations originating from customer-provided files.

Order Process
To streamline your experience, US Custom Pack requires the completion of our online quote form. This allows you to submit detailed queries and specific order requirements directly to our team for processing.
Color Variations In Design
US Custom Pack prints directly from your submitted, print-ready files. While we utilize high-end equipment to achieve the closest possible match, we cannot guarantee exact color density or identical shades. Variations may occur due to the technical limitations of different printing processes, the specific color codes (CMYK/RGB) used in the file, the unique properties of various substrates (materials), and the ink requirements of surrounding images.
Artwork Submission Guidelines
Upon submission, our design experts will generate electronic proofs for your review. To ensure high-quality results, all files must be submitted with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the final size. All artwork should be provided in CMYK format to align with industrial printing standards.
PROOFING & MATCHING and CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROOF AND LAYOUT
The customer is exclusively responsible for proofreading and final approval of all layouts and artwork submitted to US Custom Pack. We are not liable for any omissions or errors in customer-supplied files. It is vital to verify all spelling, grammar, and formatting before the final proof is authorized.
APPROVAL PRIOR TO THE PRINTING
US Custom Pack proceeds with production only after receiving explicit approval from the customer. Once approval is granted, any subsequent requests for changes will incur additional charges. We reserve the right to decline any design that fails to meet our quality benchmarks or is deemed inappropriate.
COLOR ACCURACY AND HARDCOPY PROOFS
While we strive for precision, slight shifts in color may occur due to monitor calibration, specific paper stocks, and mechanical printing factors. For projects where color matching is critical, we recommend that the customer requests a hardcopy proof of the intended color.
MATERIALS
US Custom Pack utilizes premium materials to ensure both aesthetic appeal and structural durability. Please note that storage conditions, environmental factors, and handling after delivery can affect the final performance of the packaging. We offer a wide range of high-quality materials including Kraft, Cardboard, Corrugated Cardboard, and Rigid Chipboard.
Order Payment Process
All financial transactions at US Custom Pack are conducted in U.S. Dollars (USD). Depending on your specific order, customers are required to provide full payment, which includes the product cost, applicable taxes, and shipping and handling fees.

Order Design & Manufacturing Process
US Custom Pack employs rigorous standards to process orders once confirmed. Once a project has transitioned to the manufacturing and design departments, no modifications can be made to any aspect of the order.
Order Delivery & Shipping Process
We are dedicated to meeting our estimated turnaround times, which typically range from 6 to 8 business days. However, delivery dates may fluctuate based on order volume or unforeseen external factors. We will notify you of any significant delays. Clients must ensure their shipping address is accurate; US Custom Pack is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the shipping process.
Order Cancellation
Customers have a 4-hour window following order confirmation to request amendments or cancellations. Beyond this 4-hour mark, US Custom Pack holds no liability for cancellation requests.
- Cancellations after 4 hours: Subject to a charge of 20% of the total order value.
- Cancellations between 4 and 24 hours: Subject to a 50% deduction of the total order amount, as manufacturing processes and material allocations begin immediately after the initial 4-hour grace period.

Overruns/Underruns
We generally deliver the exact quantity ordered, though occasionally a small surplus may be included at no extra cost. While underruns are rare, we recommend ordering an extra 5% to 10% in quantity to account for any specific project needs or variations.
Indemnification & Limitation of Liabilities
You agree to protect, indemnify, and hold US Custom Pack, its directors, employees, and affiliates harmless against any claims or damages arising from your actions or the content you provide. This includes claims regarding copyright or patent infringement, libelous or obscene content, or unauthorized access to protected areas of our site. You shall be responsible for legal fees and expenses incurred by the company in responding to such claims.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
