If you encounter a manufacturing defect, please alert our team within 2 business days of receipt to ensure a swift resolution. To qualify for a replacement, the original shipment must be sent back to us via mail within 20 days of delivery. Upon receipt and verification of the returned goods, we will initiate your reprint. Standard production for bulk reprints generally requires approximately 10 business days. Priority processing for reprints is available upon request for a supplemental fee.
For non-defective items, returns are accepted within a 20-day window following delivery, provided the products remain in their original, pristine condition and packaging. Please be advised that for such returns, the expenses associated with reprints or replacements are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of our manufacturing, US Custom Pack provides partial refunds only. We retain 99% of the total order value because production and material sourcing commence immediately following client approval. Consequently, full reimbursements cannot be issued once the final product has been delivered.

Please provide your specific order number and a thorough explanation of the discrepancy. Approved refunds are typically finalized within 3 business days after our team has received and inspected the returned merchandise.
Costs of Return Shipping
